Most of us carry burdens.  The burdens of fear, resentment, of being let down, of anger – just to mention a few.  Sometimes we churn these over and over in our minds, and this consumes us and makes us unhappy.  But, these burdens can be lifted and replaced by the “burden” of love and of grace….as expressed by Jesus, communicated by the Holy Spirit and granted by God.
